Calville Blanc D’Hiver

Origin:France
Fruit:Crisp tart, effervescent
Picking Season:Late / Very late
Uses:Cooking, Tarte Tatin

Origin: England
Fruit: Bittersweet
Picking Season: Late October/November
Uses: Cider
